I cry a lot these days. Crying even on occasion would be more than I used to cry, but now it comes easy: like a deep breath, a sigh, a yawn. I cried several times during the Odyssey. The journey, the pain, the fight to maintain hope, all resonated with me. I cried during Solo Mio, although who isn’t brought to tears by the voice Andrea Bocelli. Somedays, I might cry at my patient’s stories or perhaps a weight loss commercial. But why does a good cry quiet my soul for even a few minutes?
